Refund & Return Policy
At Velloram, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with an eligible product, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the product should generally be:
- Unused and in its original condition.
- Returned with its original packaging where reasonably possible.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase or order information.
- Returned within 30 days of delivery.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging.
3. Customized Products
Personalized or customized products may not be eligible for return unless they arrive defective, damaged, or materially different from the agreed customization.
4. Refunds
Once an approved return has been received and inspected, we will process the applicable refund. Refunds are generally processed within 5 business days after approval.
5. Return Request
To request a return, contact us at contact@velloram.shop with your order number, the reason for the return, and photographs when applicable.
Free Returns: return shipping is free for all eligible returns within 30 days, including if you simply changed your mind. We email you a prepaid return label. Orders paid with PayPal are refunded to your PayPal account; Cash on Delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer (ACH) or check.
